Fresh frozen meal prep containers from Alaska Meal Prep ready for delivery.
Re-Heating Instructions
Alaska Meal Prep delivers freshly frozen, macro-balanced meals. Simply remove plastic cover and place in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, take out and stir, then depending on your microwave finish re-heating for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Options also include placing your frozen meal prep in the refrigerator overnight, limiting the microwave time needed.
Every meal includes complete nutritional information so you can track your macros and reach your fitness goals.Failure to pick up/Terms & Conditions
Failure to pick up meals comes with a $20 restocking fee due upon picking up your order. It is your responsibility to reach out to Alaska Meal Prep to reschedule a new pick up day and time. If this exceeds the following pick up week, your order will be disposed. By placing your order you agree to these terms.
