Order by Friday at 11:59PM → Pick up Tuesday (12–6 PM).
Pickup is self-serve on that schedule—you won’t receive a “ready for pickup” confirmation on Tuesday. We’ll only contact you if there’s an issue with your order, and you’re always welcome to call us to confirm.

Meal Prep Delivery
Delivery for Anchorage & Fairbanks/North Pole residents
We will deliver to your home or workplace. Fresh frozen meal prep containers from Alaska Meal Prep ready for delivery. Select this option at the MENU page.
Re-Heating Instructions
Alaska Meal Prep delivers freshly frozen, macro-balanced meals. Simply remove plastic cover and place in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, take out and stir, then depending on your microwave finish re-heating for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Options also include placing your frozen meal prep in the refrigerator overnight, limiting the microwave time needed.
Every meal includes complete nutritional information so you can track your macros and reach your fitness goals.
Late pick up and Re-Stocking Policy
Pickup orders: Please pick up your meals during your scheduled pickup window. If you miss pickup, a $20 restocking fee will be due when you reschedule and pick up. It’s your responsibility to contact us to reschedule—orders not picked up by the following pickup week will be disposed. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Delivery orders: Once delivered, Alaska Meal Prep is not responsible for meals left unrefrigerated too long or for stolen orders. By selecting delivery, you agree to these terms.
